Our change-makers training and experience results in over 85% of our trainees living and working in Africa; find placement in careers or start their own businesses within six months after internship.

Transforming lives, including differently-abled

JADF enterprise training helps grow the local economy, international business and enable trainees to start new enterprises. 48% of trainees receive financial aid. 54% of beneficiaries are women. 7% of beneficiaries are differently-abled.

Scholarships
JADF - Enterprise Skills Scholarships provide a life-changing opportunity to women and youths to discover talents, learn new skills, and prepare for a transformative career in Africa’s creative industry and shape the community at large.
Funds to Enterprise
This program expands skill training while addressing the persistent challenges faced by the community at large by providing funding and tailored guidance to scale-up trainee projects that benefit women, children and youth.
Livelihood Support
This recognizes the unique challenges differently-abled persons face and provides them with at a zero-cost training, skills and trade support. By this, we are giving them power - to thrive and succeed, without having to rely on the help of others. 
Research
Research is critical to harness Africa’s talent and grow a skilled population that helps in addressing Africa’s most challenges and equip citizens to take control for their livelihoods and compete with their peers in the global job market.
Creative Mobile Truck
Creative Mobile Truck project seeks to improve livelihoods and ensure that those across hard-to-reach communities, such as displaced people, refugees, and the rural poor, can realize their creative dreams.
Trainers Capacity Building
This program supports the professional development of our facilitators who are breaking grounds in their fields. This is to ensure JADF remains at the forefront of African creative research, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
