Founder & President
Joyce Ababio is a visionary designer, educator, and social entrepreneur, committed to unlocking the creative potential of Africa’s youth, particularly women and those differently-abled. As the founder of the Joyce Ababio Design Foundation, Joyce has dedicated herself to providing transformative education and resources to empower young people across the continent.
Her work focuses on creating opportunities for youth to thrive in the creative industries, offering mentorship, grants, entrepreneurship training, and skill development to help them succeed.
Through her leadership, the Foundation has become a beacon of change, inspiring thousands of young people to harness their creativity for social and economic impact. Joyce believes that creativity has no boundaries and works tirelessly to ensure that everyone, regardless of background or ability, has the chance to make a meaningful difference. Her vision continues to drive the Foundation’s mission to shape a more inclusive, sustainable future for Africa, where young leaders can turn their ideas into reality.
